Return & Exchange Policy – Padel Box
At Padel Box, we are committed to ensuring your full satisfaction, whether you’re booking courts or shopping for padel products through our online store. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following terms:
1. Products Purchased from the Online Store
✅ You are eligible for a return or exchange in the following cases:
• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive a product different from what was ordered.
• You simply wish to exchange the product, provided that:
• The item is in its original condition, unused, and in sealed packaging.
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
❌ Return or exchange is not applicable in the following cases:
• The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
• The item was purchased under clearance or final sale offers stating it’s non-returnable.
• Personal-use items (e.g., grips, protective gear, or hygiene-related accessories), in compliance with health and safety standards.
📦 Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service or send an email request.
2. Fill out the return request form.
3. Ship the item to the address provided once approved.
4. The product will be inspected within 3 business days of receipt.
5. If approved:
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Or a replacement item will be shipped at no extra cost (if the issue is from our side).
2. Court Bookings
🟠 Cancellation Policy:
• Bookings may be canceled with a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• If canceled within 24 hours, no refund is issued. However, the booking can be rescheduled once.
🛑 No-show Policy:
• If the user does not show up for the scheduled booking without prior notice, the session will be considered consumed and non-refundable.
⏱ Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule your court booking once only, provided that the request is made at least 12 hours in advance.
